Key Responsibilities

Source and screen top sales and customer care talent across various recruiting platforms, adhering to metrics-based targets

Analyze passthrough rate data to drive efficiency and candidate quality

Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care hiring teams to track search progress during sprint periods

Required Qualifications

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (required)

Experience with Gem and Greenhouse (highly preferred)

Experience sourcing for a variety of go-to-market roles at a fast-paced, high-growth company

Ability to operate successfully in a quota-driven performance environment
