Warehouse Associate (Entry-Level)

Pay Rate : $17 / hr

Schedule : M-Th 6am-4 : 30pm, Friday 6am-2pm (optional)

Location : Pittsfield, ME

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable Entry-Level Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is primarily focused on order picking and packing, restocking shelves, and maintaining an organized workspace. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge is helpful.

Key Responsibilities :

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently (approximately 80% of the role).

Restock shelves and organize warehouse inventory using a manual pallet jack.

Assist in the stain room during downtime, including :

Unloading product from the production line

Prepping product by inserting screws into wood using a screw gun

Reloading product onto the line

Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Attention to detail is essential.

Basic computer skills preferred.

Ability to use or learn to use a manual pallet jack and basic hand tools (e.g., screw gun).

Dependable work ethic and ability to work well on a team.

Pay Details : $17.00 per hour
