  • The Role :
  • As our Residential Service Plumber, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional plumbing services, helping our valued customers by educating, relating, and improving their current plumbing systems.
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Diagnose plumbing issues with intuition and your trusty wrench
  • Provide top-notch plumbing repairs and installations while maintaining a friendly rapport with customers
  • Educate customers about their plumbing systems and preventative maintenance
  • Keep accurate records of sales and service activities
  • Requirements :
  • A currently licensed Journeyman Plumber in the state of Louisiana
  • A passion for the highest level of customer service and a commitment to satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or with a team when needed
  • Knowledge of the Louisiana plumbing codes and regulations
