Position Summary
The Hospitality Manager serves as a key ambassador of the member experience at The Perlant. This role is responsible for overseeing front desk and concierge operations while ensuring seamless, attentive, and highly personalized service for members and their guests. Acting as the first and last point of contact, the Hospitality Manager sets the tone for a refined, elevated club environment.With a strong background in food, wine, and hospitality etiquette, this individual blends the operational discipline of a Front Desk Manager with the elevated service standards of a Concierge. The Hospitality Manager will lead by example, fostering a culture of warmth, professionalism, and precision that reflects The Perlant’s brand and values.Role Scope & ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Member Handoff
- Collaborate with the Member Experience Coordinator to ensure every new member is introduced to the H.M.
- Host a first-visit experience, including a personal walkthrough and introductions to staff and fellow members.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for reservations, requests, and on-site engagement.
FOH Hospitality Operations & Club Reception Oversight
Manage Club Reception team scheduling, training, and ongoing education.Develop and maintain open, mid, and closing checklists as well as weekly side-work plans.Serve as backup coverage during peak periods.Oversee labor management for Club Reception, maintaining costs at or below target.Host bi-weekly onboarding sessionsOwn invitations for the quarterly new-member mixerMember Engagement & Retention
Maintain member preferences in the CRM and ensure communication accuracy.Coordinate with FOH leadership for event-related hospitality.Handle outreach to fill low-reservation events – using CRM tags / attributesPartner with Marketing and Member Services to create a unified brand experience.Attend weekly and Monthly member engagement events to grow the community within The Perlant walls.Stay organized and consistent in member outreach, particularly on at-risk renewalsEx : monitoring check-in reports & reaching out to members who have not visited in 3 monthsWorkflow & Infrastructure
Dedicated email address for personalized, thoughtful responses, general inquiries or reservation assistance.The H.M. owns all CRM data points after the initial sale, including member preferences, communication preferences, and ensuring the Perlant team is updated daily on who is coming in and how we can be intentional in enhancing the overall member experience.Clear division of responsibilities : Member Services focuses on acquisition, while the Hospitality Manager drives retention.Provide regular leadership reports on Club Reception operations, including staffing levels, ongoing education and training initiatives, labor cost concerns, member satisfaction, member issues, and service consistency.SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES ENCOURAGED :
Experience : 3 years in a fine dining, luxury hospitality, or private club setting is strongly preferred.Communication : Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.Product Knowledge : Working knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings; formal training or certifications are a plus.Professionalism : Commitment to excellence in service, etiquette, and guest engagement.Flexibility : Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a high-end, member-driven environment.BENEFITS :

Full-time position (evenings, weekends and holidays as required).Based in Atlanta with an Office / Club environment.Ability to lift wine cases and bottles up to 40 lbs.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
