Must be able to juggle multiple projects and organize time effectivelyAbility to produce to an established scheduleA high degree of organizational skills and attention to detailStrong critical thinking skillsA commitment to continuous professional developmentExperience working in a team environment under time constraintsStrong written and spoken communication skillsExperience in the creation and development of policies and proceduresMust have strong collaboration skills working with technical and business SMEsAt least beginner understanding of SQLInformatica experience is a plusOverview : The CLIENT / Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting development and governance of the information management program including the CLIENT, Strategy, and creation and maintenance of data related policies. This role provides leadership for clients’ focus on governing our data as an asset. They are responsible for the development of data policies and procedures and will work closely with other business divisions to collect, prepare, organize, and analyze data assets. This position will also support the data quality program and creation of data quality scorecards and KPIs.
Essential Duties :
Supports the CLIENT vision for business-wide data activities and champions data ownership, standardization, accessibility and governance including the information management roadmapSupports the creation and maintenance of the Data Governance Charter and related data strategiesSupports development of data governance frameworks and guidelines, including data classification, data ownership, and data stewardshipCollaboratively oversees cross-functional data governance while ensuring adoption and adherence to data quality and governance activitiesLeads efforts to determine appropriate policy and standards of information management for the utilization, cleansing and privacy of information assetsProvides expertise and guidance in the administration for data retention policy and processProvides guidance and training to the business users on data governance best practices, policies, and proceduresPerforms statistical tests on large datasets to determine data quality and integrityRunning data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions, as well as cleansing dataSupports the development of a data quality scorecard and KPIsStays updated on industry trends, standards, and regulatory requirements related to data governance and recommend appropriate modifications to existing policies and practicesSupport the creation of policies and procedures as they related to CLIENT and other regulatory requirementsPerforms related duties as assigned.Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.Benefits :
