Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in MEP systems, particularly HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. This role involves overseeing all project phases to ensure successful, on-time, and budget-compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of MEP construction projects, from initial planning through closeout, ensuring alignment with specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop and monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as needed to ensure efficient project completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor safety, quality, and progress, resolving issues promptly.
• Approve contracts, change orders, and invoices, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance.
• Mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative team environment.
