We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to oversee the strategic development and management of the Semarchy xDM platform within our global enterprise. This role will play a key part in driving innovation and ensuring adherence to best practices in data governance, solution architecture, and project execution. Based in Los Angeles, California, this position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across departments and influence the future of critical business systems.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a strategic vision and roadmap for the Semarchy xDM platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage stakeholder relationships by prioritizing tasks, setting expectations, and fostering collaboration across departments.
• Coordinate the design and implementation of creative and technically sound solutions that meet or exceed business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies, monitor data quality, and evaluate the impact of solutions on the core data model.
• Serve as the primary liaison with vendors, handling escalations, contract management, and product enhancement requests.
• Oversee program and project budgeting, forecasting, and timeline management, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Lead requirements review meetings to gather and validate business needs, translating them into actionable stories for agile delivery.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide end-user training to ensure successful adoption of new features or enhancements.
• Perform root cause analysis on technical issues, recommending solutions and driving continuous improvement.
• Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders, maintaining transparency throughout the development lifecycle.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Platform Lead, focusing on solution design and development.
• Strong understanding of master data management principles, including data modeling, integration, quality, and governance.
• Proven expertise in data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and matching techniques.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices for large-scale technology implementations.
• Hands-on experience with software development life cycles and systems integration.
• Preferred experience with Semarchy xDM or comparable platforms such as Informatica, Reltio, or Profisee.
• Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master certifications and experience with agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, to support backlog grooming and issue tracking.
