Sr. Analyst, Project Management

A Sr. Analyst, Project Management (IC) role, reporting to the AVP of Medical and Pre-Payment Policy combines high-level project management with detailed administrative and operational tasks. This dual function is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and strategic execution of medical policy initiatives, including developing, implementing, and enforcing payment and policy rules for healthcare services.
Responsibilities include :
- Leading and managing key strategic projects related to implementation of new regulatory rules, new large-payment programs and / or scoreable action items from conception to implementation
- Conducting routine collaboration with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
- Using a centralized platform to track policy initiatives, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to the AVP and other executives on key performance indicators and outcome
- Planning and facilitating meetings, including creating agendas, preparing presentation materials, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items
- Serving as the primary point of contact and liaison between the AVP and key internal and external stakeholders
- Managing the AVP's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and prioritizing appointments to optimize their time and focus
- Taking ownership of special projects or ad-hoc assignments that fall outside the purview of existing teams
- Conducting project post-mortems to capture and apply lessons learned to identify areas for improvement
- Preparing and delivering project progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Administering leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of progressive experience in health plan clinical operations with a focus on medical and pre-payment policiesFamiliarity with medical terminology, healthcare policy, and governance is essentialExceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills are criticalHigh-level proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other document management systemsCommitment to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and a culture of continuous improvementEducation :

Pay Range : $46,988.00 - $122,400.00
