If you have a proven track record in FTL, LTL, or Parcel brokerage , and a current book of business, this partnership is designed to help you scale your success.

What You’ll Do

• Operate as an independent contractor and freight broker under England Logistics
• Leverage our national carrier network to secure competitive rates and reliable service
• Manage and grow your book of business across multiple freight modes : Dry Van, Flatbed, Reefer, Specialized, Parcel
• Utilize England Logistics’ back-office support for credit checks, collections, claims, and legal services
• Access innovative tools including McLeod Software, EDI integration, and real-time load tracking
• Collaborate with dedicated Agent Service Representatives and Sales Business Development Coaches
• Participate in exclusive events like the annual Agent Conference to network and learn from industry leaders
