This role provides leadership to department heads, drives census and quality outcomes, maintains survey readiness, and fosters a positive culture for residents, families, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Active Nursing Home Administrator license
- Skilled nursing leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Proven operational and people leadership skills
