Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Research Associate to support our R&D efforts. The successful candidate will assist in the execution of biophysical and biochemical assays, with an emphasis on supporting SPR experiments and fluorescence-based assay development. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hands-on laboratory work and eager to contribute to groundbreaking research.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the setup, execution, and analysis of biophysical assays, including SPR and other binding studies.
• Support the development and validation of new biochemical assays under the guidance of senior scientists.
• Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records and data.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and other materials as needed for experiments.
• Help troubleshoot experimental protocols and optimize procedures.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is maintained and calibrated.
• Participate in regular team meetings and present data as required.

The salary range for this position is $50,000- $80,000 per year. The actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as relevant experience, education, and skills.
