Job descriptionMinimum of five (5) years of experience in residential construction estimating and purchasing as a GC or project manager. Estimator, buyer, or direct involvement in builder or contractor material sales, having performed take-offs and purchasing. Must be highly computer literate, especially with Excel, and possess excellent familiarity with residential building materials.
