About the team : The Developer Operation team at ByteDance serves as the bridge between our engineering innovation and the global developer community. Our mission is to connect developers to the power of AI-driven coding. We build meaningful relationships with developers, create content, and enable them to succeed using our tools and APIs. Acting as vibe coding advocates, we bring developer feedback into the company while showcasing our technology to the world.
Responsibilities
In charge of TRAE’s U.S. official meetups, including city selection, themes, and timelines, aligning with brand goals.
Source and secure venues, negotiate with vendors, and manage on-site setup (tech, materials) to ensure seamless execution.
Drive attendance via localized promotion (social, communities) and coordinate attendee communication pre-event.
Collect post-meetup feedback, analyze metrics (turnout, engagement), and refine strategies for future events.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or Business related fields.
3+ year experience organizing U.S. offline events; familiarity with local venue networks and regulatory norms.
Strong project management skills to handle budgets, timelines, and cross-team coordination efficiently.
Excellent communication skills with proven ability to collaborate with local partners, speakers, and attendees.
Detail-focused, proactive in troubleshooting on-site issues and ensuring consistent event quality.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experienced in large scale event marketing in tech industry.
Knowledge of AI coding industry.

Job Information
Compensation Description (Annually) : The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96,000 - $211,112 annually. Compensation may vary outside this range based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the total package and may be eligible for additional bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, paid holidays, sick days, and paid personal time.
