  • Other Info : Disclose the # of yrs of Epic Experience and the Last MM / YYYY provider used Epic.
  • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements :

  • Active CO License or IMLC
  • BC in IM / Endocrinology
  • BLS
  • COVID vaccination proof
  • Clean record
  • Must be available FULL-TIME
  • Must be comfortable working as the solo Endocrinologist
