Home Builder Looking For A Sr Accountant

Looking for a Sr Accountant to work with Ivan. The company is currently in the process of building a 200 unit multi-family residential property. They are looking for a full cycle accountant. They would love someone that understands financing or comes from the construction / development industries.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Accountant located in Miami, FL. The Sr Accountant will be responsible for managing financial statements, analyzing data, processing journal entries, handling finances, and overseeing fixed assets.

Qualifications

Financial Statements, Journal Entries (Accounting), and Fixed Assets management skills

Analytical Skills and Finance expertise

Experience in financial planning and analysis

Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
