As an Entry Level Structural (Transmission Line) Engineer at Black & Veatch within the EDGE Program, you will play a meaningful role in addressing some of the world's most critical infrastructure challenges. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse, impactful projects that support our clients' goals while fostering your professional growth and advancing the success of Black & Veatch.
Black & Veatch's EDGE Program is a multi-year rotational experience designed to accelerate early-career growth. Participants rotate through 3–4 roles across different business areas — including one field assignment — to gain a full view of the project lifecycle.
It's a launchpad for future leaders looking to explore career paths, gain hands-on experience, and learn directly from senior mentors. With quarterly development sessions focused on leadership and innovation,you'llbuilda strong foundationfor long-term success.
Chosen candidates will be located in / or relocate to Dallas (TX).

Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any / all of the following : criminal / civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
