Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk :

As an Accounting Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting project operations and ensuring administrative efficiency. Your responsibilities will include :

• Creating, tracking, and filing Notice to Owners for customers with open balances.
• Sending credit applications and managing reference checks to approve customer accounts.
• Reaching out to customers regarding payment status and NTO information.
• Assisting AR / AP teams with bookkeeping tasks to maintain up-to-date records.
• Reconciling quantity totals with daily reports from multiple plant locations.
• Performing data entry and importing tickets / spreadsheets into the Fast Weigh system.
• Supporting the accounting team with additional tasks as a proactive Accounting Clerk.
