In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and booking appointments. This position is essential to ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and a seamless experience when booking their salon and spa appointments.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments for various salon and spa services.
- Provide information about services, pricing, promotions, and availability.
- Update and maintain appointment records in the scheduling system.
- Ensure a positive client experience by addressing any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- Manage client preferences and special requests, ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
Available to work any shifts with no restrictions, specifically Saturdays and Sundays;
