Brand & Marketing Manager

Rousso Adams Facial Plastic Surgery – Birmingham, AL

Reports to : Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Position Overview

Rousso Adams Facial Plastic Surgery seeks a full-time Marketing Director to lead creative execution and uphold brand excellence across every patient touchpoint—from digital to in-office experiences.

You'll work directly with the COO and physicians to plan, produce, and manage content that reflects our reputation for artistry, integrity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube (4 feed posts + 12 stories weekly).
  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) — including boosting posts, allocating budgets, and tracking ROI.
  • Stay current with social media and aesthetic marketing trends to keep content timely and relevant.
  • Film and edit authentic, HIPAA-compliant videos featuring patient experiences, doctor interviews, and treatment highlights.
  • Engage with followers and respond to messages to nurture relationships and grow engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and share monthly insights with the COO.
  • Must have experience with influencer collaboration and community engagement.

Email Marketing & Advertising

  • Create and sen d two monthly newsletters showcasing monthly specials, events, and educational content.
  • Design and submit magazine ads per month across multiple publications.
  • Develop and manage monthly digital campaigns and special offers.
  • Brand Design & Signage

  • Design, coordinate, and maintain all in-office signage to align with newsletters and promotions.
  • Manage quarterly signage refreshes to keep branding cohesive and elevated.
  • Collaborate with local print vendors for timely delivery and installation.
  • E-Commerce & Shopify

  • Update and maintain Shopify artwork monthly.
  • Configure online sales and ensure product listings and promotions align with in-office messaging.
  • Patient Experience & Testimonials

  • Identify and film patient testimonials in collaboration with clinical staff.
  • Edit footage for use across social media, newsletters, and online platforms.
  • Ensure testimonial releases are documented and HIPAA-compliant.
  • Event Marketing

  • Plan and execute special events (approximately every other month).
  • Create all event collateral—signage, invitations, digital assets, and post-event recaps.
  • Capture live content for social and future campaigns.
  • What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns are planned and executed on time, with clear reporting on engagement and ROI.
  • Monthly content calendar is maintained without constant oversight.
  • Office signage and digital promotions are visually unified and brand-accurate.
  • Event marketing runs smoothly, with strong patient turnout and post-event follow-through.
  • Shopify updates and newsletter releases are completed on schedule.
  • You own the rhythm of our brand making sure every campaign, post, and event reflects consistency, creativity, and measurable impact.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience managing multi-channel marketing for a luxury, beauty, or healthcare brand.
  • Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (required), or equivalent).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Mailchimp, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.
  • A passion for aesthetics, beauty, and brand storytelling.
