What You Can Expect To Do

• Support the Asset Management team in the development and execution of strategic asset plans intended to maximize portfolio value and report performance results to senior leadership.
• Manage the complex capital stack specific to the portfolio associated with this role
• Assist with all financing / transactional needs of the portfolio, including, but not limited to : LP Buyouts, Refinancings, Recapitalizations, Dispositions, and LIHTC Resyndications.
• Perform analysis of property financials on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Research partnership agreements, financing documents, regulatory agreements, tax returns, and other source documents as needed.
• Coordinate communications and manage requests from investors, lenders, governmental agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Forge strong relationships with operating partners, work through challenges, and communicate concerns to internal leadership when expectations are not being met.
• Be an active participant in the creation of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Support our Compliance team in monitoring compliance requirements and deadlines across multiple government agencies and programs.
• Monitor various internal and external reporting programs and report any deviation of expectations. xklufbp
• Participate in ad hoc projects within Asset Management as needed.
