Employment Type: Full-Time (W2)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually

Position Summary

We are looking for an LMFT to support adults in a fast-paced integrated clinic environment. You will provide brief therapy focused on practical outcomes, coordinate care with medical providers, and help patients build tools they can use immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide short-term therapy and track progress toward clinical goals
• Screen for depression, anxiety, trauma exposure, and substance use concerns
• Collaborate with providers to align behavioral health and medical care plans
• Offer psychoeducation and group-based support when appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
• Participate in team huddles, meetings, and care coordination

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Active California LPCC license (APCC accepted; supervision provided)
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
• DSM-5 knowledge and comfort using evidence-based care models
• Basic Microsoft Office and EMR proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Integrated or community health experience
• Trauma-informed care training
• Spanish fluency is a plus
