A company is looking for a Manager of Inbound Sales Development to lead and mentor a team of Inbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Inbound SDRs to exceed targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
Conduct coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and oversee the onboarding process for new hires
Optimize the inbound lead qualification process and collaborate with Sales leadership on team quotas and metrics
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of sales-related experience
1-3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
Strong knowledge of SDR processes and familiarity with sales tools
Experience in initiating and executing SDR lead campaigns with measurable results
Understanding of landing Enterprise accounts and Commercial strategies
