  • Adherence to estimation and schedule
  • Contribute and support technical knowledge transfer activities
  • Skill enhancements (self-learning, active participation in training / presentation)
  • Timely Status Reporting
  • 100 % on-time delivery, on cost
  • Proficient in the main MS Office applications
  • Familiar with automated test scripts and defect tracking software (ALM, QTP, etc).
