Clinical Manager / Assistant Nurse Manager - RN – Cardiac ICU - Full Time - Rotating shifts

Join us, and manage the delivery of high-quality care to patients in the Cardiac ICU-Beacon UnIt at New York-Presbyterian Hospital / Weill Cornell Medical Center. Collaborate with transformational Patient Care Director to establish short- and long-term goals for their units. Help mentor new staff.  Communicate with all levels of leadership.  And facilitate efficient, cost-effective unit operations.

This is a full time, 4-day / week 10 hour shift position, working evening or night shift .

Preferred Criteria

Master’s Degree in Nursing

Required Criteria

At least two years of acute care RN experience

Demonstrated leadership skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Current New York State RN license

BCLS certification thru AHA

Salary Range :

$130,000-$155,000 / Annual
