The bell attendant is primarily responsible for welcoming all guests to the hotel as well as bidding them farewell. The bell attendant is escorting guests to and from their rooms, orienting them with the property, assisting the guest in any way to make them feel more comfortable and aware.

Responsibilities :
Greet all guests in the lobby or at your post in a warm and professional manner, make them feel welcome and anticipate their needs before they ariseRecognize all returning and VIP guests, and welcome them backAssist guests with their luggage and acknowledge them by nameEscort all guests checking in to their rooms following resort procedureInform guests about all resort and guest room features, resort facilities, and emergency proceduresMake deliveries to guest rooms as instructedStore and retrieve luggage and other objects for guestsQualifications :
Proficient in EnglishAbility to stand on your feet for several hoursHigh School diplomaPrevious guest servicePrevious customer service experience preferredExcellent communication skillsThe company also conducts post-offer employment verifications, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks.
