Manufacturing Engineer II

Your daily activities will be diverse, encompassing everything from hands-on work on the production floor to conducting calculations and researching exciting project opportunities. You'll create lasting connections with Production Associates, Engineering Technicians, other Manufacturing Engineers, leadership, and key stakeholders.

Highlights of Your Role :

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Deepen your understanding of daily challenges on the production floor.
• Support specific Product Groups in achieving their objectives.
• Identify and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) and LEAN concepts.
• Utilize engineering principles and CI tools to assess current situations and develop future state plans.
• Maintain a roadmap for future capital project proposals.
• Assist with projects and equipment acquisition.
• Show expertise in layout planning, work procedures, cost impacts, crewing guidelines, and takt time influence for various initiatives.
