Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled CNC Set Up Lathe Operator to join our team in Anaheim, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Haas CNC mills, including 5-axis machines, to produce precision aerospace components. You will work closely with team leads to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate Haas CNC mills, including 5-axis machines.
• Interpret setup sheets, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
• Build fixtures, set up tools, and perform first article inspections.
• Measure and log dimensions to maintain compliance with specifications.
• Run production parts while adhering to strict quality standards.
• Occasionally set up manual knee mills for drill / tap and reaming applications.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize setups and maintain workflow.
