We are looking for an accomplished Food & Beverage Director to take over an established, well-known resort operation. Candidates must have high-volume, resort or conference hotel experience. This property has over 60,000 square feet of event space and 7+ outlets running at once in multiple areas of the resort. To be considered, candidates need to have a track record of managing properties of this scope.
Food & Beverage Director Qualifications :
- 5+ years as a Director of Food & Beverage in a high-volume luxury or 4-diamond resort
- 5+ years experience in a heavy banquet environment and multi-outlet property
- A strong leader with confidence, good at organizing and directing 20+ managers and hundreds of team members
- Experience working closely with the culinary and sales teams
- Collaborative style leadership that appreciates the input from other leaders and clients alike
Food & Beverage Responsibilities :
Manage and schedule the management team in all outlets of the hotel to ensure the highest level of service for all events and concepts within the hotelSchedule and budget with appropriate staffing levelsAttend weekly leadership meetings and work with the Sales and Culinary departments on the execution of events and an unparalleled guest experienceOversee beverage program and ensure that menus are seasonally updatedManage assets and equipment to ensure quality, create plans to maintain an impeccable propertyGrow and retain the best talent in the industryFood & Beverage Director Benefits :
