Entry-Level Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

Join our pharmacy team as an Entry-Level Pharmacy Technician! Under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist and Pharmacy leadership, you will play a vital role in supporting patient care by performing essential pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include :

• Filling routine drug orders for unit dose medications.
• Refilling medications in Pharmacy Automated Dispensing Cabinets.
• Engaging in Non-Sterile and Sterile Compounding tasks.
• Repackaging medications into unit dose barcoded packages.
• Replenishing code cart drug supplies.
• Managing inventory duties within the Central Pharmacy operation.

Educational Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience Requirements

We prefer candidates with a minimum of 3 months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, and hospital pharmacy experience is a plus!
