Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative for our Family Medicine & Pediatrics at Winchester Square in Canal Winchester, OH. Schedule is Schedule is Monday 7 : 45am-5pm, Tues / Friday 7 : 45am-4pm, Wed / Thurs 6 : 45am-4pm. Full time, benefit eligible.

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Checking patients in and out
  • Verifying patient demographics and insurance
  • Collecting Co-pays
  • Scanning / Indexing
  • Answering phones and directing to the proper office
  • Scheduling of patients
  • Documenting in Electronic Medical Records
  • Opening and closing the office
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior medical office experience preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems preferred
  • Must have proficient computer skills.
