Poultry Vaccination Supervisor

The Poultry Vaccination Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of poultry vaccinations, biosecurity, safety, and personnel management. This position requires a high level of commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Leadership is a critical part of this role. This position is responsible for the planning and execution of the entire spectrum of the vaccination process, from grades to moves, etc. As the leader, this role must be able to cultivate a positive team environment. The Poultry Vaccination Supervisor will need to periodically assume roles in the absence of teammates and embrace additional responsibilities and special projects as they arise.

Job Description :

• Enforcing ISO, bio-security, and safety
• Must be able to work flexible hours and be on call 24 / 7
• Physically demanding work environment
• Overseeing all aspects of the vaccinations, moves, spikes, switch mates, etc.
• Employee training, crew scheduling, employee performance appraisals, and other personnel issues
• Crew building and vehicle maintenance, and repair
• Performing other duties and special projects as necessary (for example : hauling shavings, culls, partitions, etc.)
