What You Will Do

• Lead multiple small to mid-size programsor a few large, complex initiativesfrom inception to completion, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, and budget commitments.
• Drive accountability across internal teams and vendors, ensuring alignment with program goals.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, building strong relationships and translating customer needs into actionable program goals.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including proposal development, bid strategy, commercial modeling, and leading contract negotiations to align with company objectives.
• Own program Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability, forecasting, and performance reportingdriving the team to meet or exceed business case and financial targets.
• Guide cross-functional teams and vendors, fostering collaboration, mitigating risks, and ensuring that milestones are achieved with excellence.
• Play a key role in strategic planning and long-range forecasting, supporting leadership in shaping business strategy and identifying growth opportunities.
• Travel up to 25% within the region and occasionally on short notice.

The salary range for this role is $112,000 USD - $224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.
