💰 Starting at $50,000 / year + performance bonus & profit sharing

Do you love connecting with people and making a difference in your community? Executive Home Care of Hacienda Heights is seeking a motivated Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to help us expand our client base and strengthen relationships with local partners who trust us to care for their patients and loved ones.

Our caregivers are trained in mobility assistance, memory care, and companionship — but our success depends on meaningful relationships and a trusted community presence. That’s where you come in.

What You’ll Do

Community Outreach & Business Development

  • Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, senior centers, rehab facilities, and referral partners.
  • Represent Executive Home Care at local events, health fairs, and networking meetings.
  • Identify new referral opportunities and partnerships to drive client growth.

Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns (digital, print, and community-based).
  • Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging, mission-driven content.
  • Design and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and event collateral.
  • Track lead sources, conversions, and campaign performance.
  • Office & Team Support

  • Handle client inquiries and assist with caregiver recruitment marketing.
  • Maintain marketing databases and contact records.
  • Collaborate closely with the agency director on growth initiatives and strategic planning.

    What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, community relations, or sales (home care or healthcare preferred).
  • Excellent communication and networking skills; comfortable presenting and building partnerships.
  • Proficient in social media, content creation, and basic design tools.
  • Self-starter who thrives on meeting goals and seeing measurable results.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
