JOB SUMMARY

Join our team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, where you'll be central to the advancement of our Associate Facing Reservation Products. You will lead workgroups and serve as a technical expert while collaborating with clients and IT to define functional requirements and design innovative solutions. Your insights will actively shape our clients’ strategies and future business goals.

Your role includes :

• Conducting independent research to identify and analyze new opportunities and emerging technologies.
• Updating multi-year technology roadmaps for our clients.
• Supporting the Sales & Distribution Products organization by clarifying functional requirements during the development of solutions.
