Our HR internship opportunity provides ambitious HR career entrants with a fast-track experience on a path that delivers hands-on skill-building and breadth of knowledge on key HR functions. Our goal is to hire excellent students, give them exposure to a variety of HR roles, and the opportunity to interact with geographically and culturally diverse cross-functional teams. You'll be assigned to one of our key HR areas (HR Partner role, Total Rewards, People Analytics, Talent Management etc.).

Position Responsibilities :

• Work alongside an experienced team to assist in areas such as talent solutions, learning initiatives, recruitment and related HR programs and projects.
• Collaborate as part of an Intern Cohort on an HR project of significance to the business.
• Support projects that will be real-world solutioning for potential implementation (for example, research, design and develop a consistent approach to engagement of remote workers etc.).
• Your work will be meaningful, you'll be coached by peers, team-mates, and mentored by senior HR leaders to guide your development on the way.
• You'll have access to business leaders for perspective, and we will open every door possible to ensure your experience is truly valuable.
• Post-graduation, our Intern alumni will have the opportunity to apply for our HR Acceleration Program (HRAP), a 2-year rotational program of comprising four x 6-month assignments through high-impact HR functional areas HR Business Partnering, People Analytics, DEI, Global Learning, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, or another HR functional areas.
