Oracle ERP Business Analyst - Chicago, IL

Job Title : Oracle Business Analyst Location : Hybrid – Chicago, IL (Preferred), but open for remote Type : Long Term contract Overview : Seeking an experienced Oracle Business Analyst to support an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2 upgrade, bridging technical and functional teams to optimize Finance and Accounting processes. Key Responsibilities : Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with Finance and Accounting teams. Lead and manage UAT — planning, scripting, execution, and issue resolution. Collaborate with Oracle technical / functional teams to validate system solutions. Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Support enhancements, troubleshooting, and process improvements post-upgrade. Requirements : Proven experience with Oracle EBS Financial Modules (AP, AR, GL, FA). Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting business processes. Experience managing UAT in ERP or Oracle-related projects. Excellent communication and documentation skills. (Preferred) Experience with Oracle EBS upgrade to 12.2. (Preferred) Experience in hybrid or cross-functional team environments.
