Job description

A company is looking for a WFM Optimization Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate utilization and policy configuration in WFM for US and Mexican / Canadian databases

Recommend best business practices for system efficiencies and streamline policy configurations

Assess "one off" policies and suggest standardization improvements

Required Qualifications

Experience with WFM systems, specifically ADP's Enterprise V6 & Celergo

Proven track record in consulting or advisory roles

Knowledge of workforce management best practices

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Availability to commit up to 200 hours for project completion
