We are hiring a dynamic Clinical Supervisor to join our behavioral healthcare team at Abraxas Ohio . Here, you will be part of a team of dedicated and passionate individuals that are committed to inspiring positive change in the lives of at-risk adolescents.
Abraxas Ohio is a residential treatment facility for at-risk adolescent males. We provide specialized services for behavioral, mental health and drug and alcohol treatment.
As the Clinical Supervisor , you will be working closely with the Clinical Director to provide our clinicians and counselors’ administrative and clinical supervision to ensure exceptional care for our clients. You will be a valuable member of the treatment team in providing high-quality care.

Salary : $75,000 Annually plus retention bonus up to $10,000 / yr

Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities :
What We’re Looking For—The Must-Haves
Master’s degree in the social science field and at least three years of related experience or Bachelor’s degree in the social service field and at least five years of related experience; and Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Independent Social Worker, or Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (for drug and alcohol services only) / Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III under supervision (for drug and alcohol services only)
