Valgroup is hiring a Quality Control Supervisor in Findlay, Ohio .

What you will do :
- Resolve quality problems with management, engineering, and operations
- Work with all levels to identify standards and initiate improvements
- Manage quality lab and equipment
- Interview, training, and performance management
- Document and control nonconformance materials
- Track and report quality measurements and goals
