Job Summary : The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting. The RN provides patient-centered care, ensuring quality treatment and supporting evidence-based practices in alignment with professional nursing standards.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.
• Identify patient needs and determine priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans through initial and ongoing assessments.
• Initiate assessments based on patient problems / needs, physician medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.
• Document care in accordance with standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
• Advocate for evidence-based care standards and support innovations in care delivery.
• Provide patient-centric care in alignment with nursing professional practice models.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
