We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. $80,000 - $100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities :

• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
• Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
• Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
• Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
• Connection Over Transaction : Host open houses where you’re not just selling a property but understanding an individual’s dreams
• Be the Bridge : Guide both the buyer and the seller to a happy ending, ensuring a seamless transaction process
• Follow-Up, Don’t Chase : Keep in touch with leads through thoughtful communication, turning prospects into long-term clients
