Quality Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer with a strong background in quality engineering and a passion for solving complex problems collaboratively. The ideal candidate will hold an engineering degree and bring proven expertise in electro-mechanical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and CAPA processes.

This role requires direct engagement with technicians and engineers to drive end-to-end problem resolution. Familiarity with electromechanical assemblies, printed circuit board assemblies, and battery builds in a low-volume production environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage control plans and inspection plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes.
• Troubleshoot PCBA and electrical mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $57.00 / hr.
