ROLE DESCRIPTION :

  • P&C and / or Life Insurance Licensed Insurance Agents only
  • As a licensed insurance agent for The James Purcell Insurance Agency Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

    QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter and goal oriented.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Technical Skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Persuasive
  • Coachable
  • Licensed in P&C
  • Licensed in Life & Health is a plus!
  • Prior State Farm Experience and Bi-lingual might be a plus!

    • RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Sell policies to new and existing customers
  • Exceed customer expectations
