Client Service Associate

We are seeking motivated and professional Client Service Associates to provide client support and office administration in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable professional skills while supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating client meetings.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and electronic files.
• Support general office operations, including data entry, filing, and supply management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.
• Assist with special projects and client-related initiatives as needed.
