Responsibilities :

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Greet and assist customers, clients, and visitors upon arrival
• Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain company records
• Provide general clerical support including filing, copying, scanning, and document preparation
• Assist team members with administrative tasks as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office Suite)
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
