Client Account Specialist (Cas)

Hogan Lovells is seeking a detail-oriented professional with legal billing experience to join our team as a Client Account Specialist (CAS). In this role, you'll manage the full billing and collections cycle for a portfolio of client matters, working closely with lawyers and clients to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing.

This is a full-time position with core hours Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. or 9 : 30 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m., including one hour for lunch. Flexibility for additional hours and occasional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing and collections from engagement through payment
• Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and fee arrangements
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices and eBills
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams
• Monitor billing trends and prepare forecasts and reports
• Troubleshoot eBilling issues and follow up on collections
• Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration

The annualized salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. In addition, full time employees as well as some part time employees, will be eligible for the firm's fringe benefits as they currently exist.
