About the Opportunity

An established civil engineering and land development firm is expanding into the Houston market and seeking a Land Development Project Manager (P.E.) to lead projects and help launch the new Houston office.

This is a unique leadership opportunity to build and grow a new office with the support of an experienced executive team. If you have a strong background in land / site development and a passion for leading people, projects, and client relationships — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from concept through construction, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance.
• Oversee project design and permitting, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Manage and mentor a growing team of engineers and designers.
• Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for new business development.
• Oversee project financials, forecasts, and invoicing to ensure profitability and growth.
• Represent the firm in the Houston market as a trusted technical and client-facing leader.
