Job Description
Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Report directly to the Vice President of Operations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project operations. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and standards. Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize project management tools to track and document project activities and deliverables. Lead and mentor project team members to achieve project objectives.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have : Proven experience in construction project management within the General Contracting industry. 2-5+ years of true project management experience. Have ran multiple projects at the same time. Experience within the commercial or multifamily space. Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and budgets. Knowledge of construction industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
