Hours : Mon-Fri 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm

(may be scheduled as 5 days / 8 hours or 4 days / 10 hours, includes occasional call-out work)

Pay : $27-$32

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Electrician – Lead Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity with our well-established client. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and perform electrical service, repair, and installation work in commercial and industrial settings
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Bend and install conduit according to specifications and safety standards
• Work safely at heights, including climbing poles, using lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment (up to 100 ft)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems, including control circuits and power distribution
• Install, maintain, and repair motor controls and related equipment
• Ensure all work complies with company safety standards
• Mentor and support junior electricians and apprentices as needed
• Operate company vehicles and equipment as needed (Class B CDL required)
• Perform occasional call-out work as needed
