Enrollments Specialist

A company is looking for an Enrollments Specialist to join their RCM Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform electronic EDI payer enrollment tasks for practices on the O360 system

Complete enrollment configurations and validate settings in the system

Communicate with customers to gather necessary documentation for enrollment

Required Qualifications and Education

2+ years of experience in EDI payer enrollments, specifically ERA / EFT setup

Strong proficiency with athenahealth or similar practice management systems

Experience navigating major payer portals such as Availity and PECOS

Ability to work Philippine business hours with overlap for US time zones

Experience with mental health or psychiatry practice billing is a plus
